Because statutes change frequently and the case law is updated regularly, BCI neither represents, warranties nor claims that the information on these pages is the most current or accurate information available, or is without any errors or omissions.

No formal relationship of BCI and the client is created until instructions have been accepted by an acknowledgement from BCI. The client instructing BCI is responsible for any fees for services undertaken, whether as principle or agent, irregardless of any legal aid restrictions or taxation. All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit. Payment of invoices will be 28 days after invoice date, unless alternative arrangements are made, which will be in writing.

BCI will report the true facts of an investigation without bias.

BCI promises confidentiality and loyalty to their clients.

BCI will at all times use best practices in their assignments.

BCI will not engage in illegal or unethical practices in the course of an assignment, nor will it accept any instructions that it feels would not be in the best interests of its business.

BCI will advise against any assignment where the proposed enquiries are deemed unfeasible.
