Pre-employment background checks

BCI offers its corporate clients a pre-employment background check service. This is of particular value to schools, charities, care organisations and when employing high level staff from outside the UK .

Property Check

This has proven to be a valuable service to clients who wish to purchase or rent in a new area, both for residential or commercial purposes. Our services can be provided to you either directly or through your Estate Agent.

BCI provides a comprehensive report on the area which will highlight positive and any negative factors about that area, including reporting on local schools, crime rates, immediate neighbours, general traffic past and around the property and any other issue that might impact upon a client's decision to purchase or rent. The report includes at least two visits to the property and local area, at different times of the day. BCI also visits the local council offices to ascertain information that would not normally be obtained from a client's solicitor, for example whether the property has been used for multi-occupancy, complaints to the environmental department from or about neighbours and in one case whether a converted property has planning permission for change of use.
